With more than 19 years of experience in office management and human resources, Felicia is committed to developing efficient processes, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture, and ensuring the firm operates seamlessly so attorneys and support staff can continue providing exceptional service to clients. A proud South Bay native, Felicia was born and raised in the community she continues to call home. Her deep local roots and dedication to building strong professional relationships have contributed to her success in supporting both employees and firm leadership. Outside of the office, Felicia enjoys exploring local hiking trails, cooking, and looks forward to visiting her loved ones in Arizona.
