All real property is transferred on the basis of a written agreement and modifications to those agreements should also be in writing.
We know that sometimes transactions get complicated, and become more drawn out, but we try to ensure that real estate transactions
are closed the way parties intend.
In the rare event that the transaction becomes impossible, we file an appropriate litigation to make the transaction successful.
