This office represents both Defendants and Plaintiffs in business litigation matters including but not limited to claims,

changes, delivery or manufacturing problems, breach, repudiation or rescissions. The main goal is to reach a resolution of

the issues prior to trial and encourage amicable settlements between the parties. 


However, when settlement is not in the cards, this office is adept at taking the case to trial and through appeal processes,

where appropriate.
